In order to be successful we must sell our goods at a profit and still satisfy our customers. It we satisfy our customers but fail to make a profit, we will soon be out of business. If we make a profit but fail to satisfy our customers, we will soon be out of customers. The secret to doing both lies with just one word : SERVICE. That does not mean doing something for nothing. Service means doing something so valuable for the customer that he or she is glad to pay a satisfactory price for our services which allows us to still make a profit.
